This crossed my dash once before and I responded then, but I think it’s important enough to say it again.
I’m really uncomfortable with the word “tainted” being used here. Sex is not dirty, it’s not tainted, and it does not taint things. While nudity does not have to be about sex or pornography, implying that nudity is “pure” and sex/pornography is “tainted” is really not OK.
Stop with the sex-negativity.

I grew up in an environment where it was implied sex was a dirty, negative thing. Top that off with an assault and it’s taken a very long time for us to feel that we’re not doing something absolutely horrible when it comes to anything sex-related.
People are too quick to reblog things that sound good without first taking the time to analyze what it is they’re reblogging in the first place.
Or maybe it’s just that they actually agree with them.
