Jay Bennett, band member of Wilco, died suddenly this past week in his sleep. I love Wilco so much and I cried a little when I found out. Please say a little prayer or whatever you like doing for the other band members and family and friends. He was a terrific musician and will be missed.

Please stop playing music that sounds exactly the same. I’ve heard 4 songs that are quite folky, with raspy vocals, and a semi-upbeat tune going on. I love folk music but I think you should mix it up.

I just had the best idea to make a belt out of the extra denim I have from cutting a few pairs of jeans. I think I will cut the used denim into long strips and braid them. We’ll see how it looks and maybe I’ll post a picture.
